Retaking SATI /II advice please!

I took the SAT. Did not score as high as I intended to or as high as i know I can. Will retake in October of senior year again.
Same occurred with the ACT- retaking in September.
I have an issue with subject tests.
I did not score as well at all.
620- Chem
670- Math
650- US
Taking in November is a bit risky because of deadlines- so is it worth reataking or sending these scores in and getting high ACT/SAT?
Average is around 92, with
Honors Trig, Chem, Pre calc, Spanish, English (soph and junior), Honors Physics,
along with AP Calc AB, AP US History, AP World History, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Psychology,AP Lit, and AP Macro, and Multivariable Calc.
So keeping in mind these classes and average, how much will my SAT II scores make it or break it and is it worth retaking or sending what i have?
Thank you

This largely depends on where you intend on applying. If you’re going to retake the SAT in October, then you should also retake your subject tests in November if you’re up for it. For regular action, most schools will take up to your January tests.

Here’s my entire academic status as well as schools I have in mind. Please let me know your thoughts.
My stats are below:
SAT:
Math: 710-
Critical Reading- 700
Writing- 650

ACT: 28
I will be retaking the SAT and ACT

5 APs and 7 Honors classes
To elaborate on the coursework:
Freshmen year:
AP World
Honors Trig
Honors Chemistry

Sophomore year:
AP Biology
AP World History (two yr course)
Honors Pre-calc
Honors English

Junior Year:
AP Chemistry
AP US History
AP Calculus AB

Honors Physics
Double majored in sciences junior year

Senior year:
AP Psychology
AP Macro
AP Lit
Post AP Chemistry (prerequisite AP Chem with a certain criteria for average)
Mulitvariable Calculus
Spanish

Average: ~92
We do not weigh AP classes.
My only regular class throughout high school was Freshmen Year English.
EC:
School debate team
Volunteer in community
Volunteer at research facility
Participate in other speech competition
Volunteer at religious place
Top competitor in local library competitions
Honors Society at school

In 7th grade I took Algebra and in 8th I did Honors Geometry and Regents Biology.
So six high school credits right there. The only one major sciencel eft was AP Physics B/C which I did not intend to take. Other were AP Enviro so not happening.
Also, my SAT IIs are not quite up there, in fact they’re not good at all. So, I am taking the ACT in Sept and SAT in Oct should I retake or take diff SATII in Nov? IS it risky to take in Nov becasuse of deadlines or is that fine?
I took US: 650
Math Level II: 670 - i have no idea what happened there
Chemistry: 620
So, terrible scores, I realize that, any advice on what to do from here?
And for EC’s,
I do an internship at a lab at a prestigious University (for privacy sake not mentioning). Been doing that for two years. Dedicating ~32 (give or take) a week for two summers. Part of Research program. Investigating pathogenesis of disease and getting one step closer to finding treatment.
Speech Competition: Was youngest competitor in history (my freshmen year) to ever compete in this competition. Made it past first two levels freshmen year and junior year and so been doing this for four years. It is a prepared oration 8-10 mins and also an extemp speech for 3-5 mins.
Speech and Debate Team: member since freshmen year- won numerous trophies/recognitions/awards.
Volunteer at loca library: Tutored kids for hw help during the summer, organized programs at the library with Senior librarian, arts and crafts program, participated in trivia competition- won first place around two times or three times. First year I competed was sixth grade and i won first place and was youngest competitor in the competition.
Had to get special permission to join because I was so young.
Part of ARISTA- do a lot of volunteering outside of school for this.
Volunteer at my religious place: Clean up all the idols, serve food, clean up after that- spent a lot of hours there- but might not include in application
Here’s a fresh list:
Cornell Arts and Sciences
NYU
Columbia
Barnard
JHU
UNC
Sophie Davis 7 year program
Brooklyn BA/MD 7 year program
Lehigh 7 year program- work with Drexel
U Mich
U Chicago
Northwestern

That’s about it.
Please, everyone who has a good idea of the college admissions process, please leave your thoughts.
Let me know what my chances might be, any other colleges I could consider.
Thank you in advance.
