<p>I didn't care about the SAT when I took it in high school (though I did decently: 1310). Before I try to transfer, should I retake it? I know that I could easily improve my score. And should I take SAT IIs?</p>

<p>First, contact your schools and see if they'll accept new scores. If they do, and if you think you can do better, then go ahead and take it. It'll show that you're really serious about trying to transfer to somewhere better, and that you're doing everything in your power to make yourself a competitive applicant. In my opinion, your score is pretty good, and remember that now you'll have to take the new SAT with the writing section.
