<p>Are we allowed to retake the SATs? I feel like most colleges will not look at them because they don't reflect your work as a high school student, which is the whole point of the sat. But I still want to take it to increase my chances of getting into some of high tiered colleges. What should I do? Is there anyone who retook the SATs and got into the school of their choice as well? Thanks!</p>

<p>The collegeboard doesn’t care if college students take the SAT, but colleges can see the date you took the test. Like most parts of the transfer admissions process we will never know “the truth,” and there aren’t enough data points to make a good conclusion.</p>
