Retroactive Withdrawal or P/F possible for a C?

I have received my first C at college and would like it to be removed from my record as I hope to apply to grad school.

I was diagnosed with ADHD - Inattentive type toward the end of the semester and think that this probably affected my grad, as it was in a large lecture class that did not post any notes online and required undivided attention in order to perform well on tests.

My question is, will a university take this request seriously since I did not fail? I have otherwise made all A’s and two B+'s so this is very out of character. Is there something I could do to improve the chances of the request being approved? Is it hopeless since I did not actually fail? I performed well in other classes, but they were not as large/did not require as much attention during class time. Will this hurt the decision as well?

As another student with ADHD, sorry, no- I highly doubt they will let you retroactively withdraw from the course.

It’s possible…if you were medically diagnosed it may be possible to get a retroactive withdrawal… i think the risk in trying is low.
