When you address envelopes for professors, deans, high school counselors... do you write your own return address or that of the school? I'm trying to make them out now and can't decide which to use.

Thanks!

it doesnt matter (for most schools anyway).

yeah I guess I'll just use my address

Thanks

There's 2 ways you can do this. Either give them a SASE and tell them to send it in when they're done or do not put a stamp on it and tell them to give it to you when they are done. When you pick it up, seal the envelope and have them sign the back of it over top of the seal. This shows that they were present when the envelope was sealed and it has not since been tampered with. Then include the envelope with the rest of your application. This gives you peace of mind that everything will arrive at the university together and nothing will get lost. You can also do this with your transcripts.
