<p>I concur with SmithieandProud - with D no 1 in her third year - Smith’s grant has remained very consistent. As long as your situation does not change dramatically, your grants and other finaid should stay consistent. My only observation is that although our EFC has gone down, the grant has not increased proportionately. This is not a complaint - Smith has been extraordinarily generous and we are very grateful.</p>
<p>I would just like to note that “more increased” is not a good example of Smith grammar. Ah! Too late to edit!</p>

<p>It seems the further i get from Smith, the more my grammar degrades.</p>
<p>And, for us, when our financial situation got worse, due to very serious illnesses of both my wife and I, Smith really stepped up to the plate, and quickly! (like within one month!)</p>
