Reusing College Essays?????? HELP

<p>Hi,
So I wanted to use my essay I used for common app profile for one of my GWU(common app) essays.</p>

<p>The prompt for the common app essay was:
Recount an incident or time when you experienced failure. How did it affect you, and what lessons did you learn?</p>

<p>The prompt for GWU(common app):
"Success consists of going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm." - Winston Churchill. Tell us about a time you took a risk, failed, and were able to pick up the pieces and learn from the experience.</p>

<p>If I reuse the essay I used for my common app essay. Will GWU see that I used the same essay for both?</p>

<p>Yes. Both are attached in your application file, so why wouldn’t they? Take the time to write a different essay if you are serious about applying to the school</p>

<p>The university is definitely gonna see all your essays. Make sure don’t write them all the same. It kills.</p>
