Reverse Chance Me Please!

I am an asian female from a competitive school in the Chicago suburbs planning to major in science and/or engineering. Second semester junior, no hooks, income was 60k last year however the area I live in is extremely wealthy. I am looking for co-ed schools with at least ~4000 students, and I am looking for guidance on where to aim in terms of reaches, targets, and safeties. Private schools are preferred as well, as out of state public schools typically do not have as much financial aid.

Here are my academic stats:

-Fresh: all honors except band
-Soph: AP chem, AP Physics 1, AP Computer Science A (all 5s)
-Junior: AP Physics C, AP Bio, AP Calc BC, AP Lang, AP US Gov, AP Micro
Senior: planning to take AP Stats, AP Lit, AP Environmental Science, Multivariable Calc, band, AP German, AP Psych
-SAT Subject Tests: Math II (800) and Chemistry (800). Took them 10th grade.

  • ACT: 35 (35E 36M 34R 33S 8 Writing. Took it 10th grade.
-GPA (on a 5.0 scale): 5.91 weighted 4.97 unweighted - got a B in history freshman year & didn’t take honors band freshman year
  • PSAT: 1440 (EBRW 710, Math 730, my score dropped from the PSAT 10 haha. Definitely don’t think I got national merit)

Extracurriculars
-Varsity Poms/Dance Team (11, hopefully 12)
-JV Poms (10)
-Juniors in Engineering Technical Society (10, 11, 12) (will be either physics or chem captain next year)
-Marching band/pep band (9, 10, 11, 12) - saxophone section leader (10, 11, probably 12), currently in highest tier band at my school
-Figure skating coach at a figure skating school (paid job) (10, 11, probably 12)
-Assistant figure skating coach (unpaid) (9)
-Former member of a competitive dance team at my studio (9) (quit soph year because I joined poms at my school)

  • Tri-M Music Honor Society (11, probably 12) (Executive board member: media/outreach team)
-Junior Board - local volunteering organization in my community (11, 12)
-NHS (is this worth mentioning on my app? I feel like everyone does NHS)
  • Will be doing research virtually this summer (mainly just programming) with either a professor at Fermilab or Northwestern.

Achievements:

  • Taoli Cup world dance competition qualifier (9) (couldn’t attend because of money & time conflict) -Gold award in National German Exam (97th percentile) (10) -Chemistry Olympiad national finalist (10) -Chemistry Award (10) - from my school’s science department, don't know if that's worth mentioning -Novice Level figure skater for Moves in the Field (3rd highest level of 8)
  • JETS team was 2x state champion in 2019 & 2020, and I placed 2nd individually in chemistry at sectionals this year (status on state is still TBD because of the current situation)

Thanks for the help!
