Reverse Transferring and Back

I’m currently a sophomore who won’t be able to return to JMU this upcoming school year due to financial issues. I’ve enrolled into a cc and will be taking classes for a year.

I was wondering if I will be able to transfer to GMU as a junior transfer? Their Health Admin. program is much better suited for me.
My cum. GPA will certainly be 2.85+ and I will be coming in with about 65-70 credits (after cc), most of which will count towards GMU’s core reqs and my major’s reqs.
