Im in the IB program, and math isnt one of my HLs. Therefore, I dont have a math course this year. On my UC application, i stated that it was "planned" that I would take a Calculus course at local community college the second semester. However, I ended up not taking the class cuz i missed the deadline. I ended up getting admitted to almost all the UCs. Now, if i notify the campuses, would my admission get revoked???

On the UC site, it was stated "If any information on your application is found to be incomplete or inaccurate or your performance drops significantly during the senior year, the offer of admission may be revoked. ".

Thankz...im scared.

How are we supposed to know?

Contact the UC campuses to which you applied and explain the situation. If your math requirements have not fulfilled the A-G requirements and you needed the math class this year to fulfill that, then it is probable that your admissions would be rescinded because you would technically not be eligible for admissions in the first place.

If you didn’t need the math class to fulfill your A-G requirements, but you were just indicating it to boost your chances of admissions, it’s possible that your admission could be rescinded but there’s just no way anyone here could tell you for sure. The easiest way to answer this question is to swallow the lump in your throat and call the UC campuses, notify them of the situation (which you should’ve done as soon as you didn’t get into the class second semester), and ask them whether this will affect your admissions.

sorry, i forgot to mention that upon realizing the failure to enroll in the local community college, i switched to taking a Calculus course at a renowned online school.
