No, but I think you’d need an F or a few Ds for that to happen.
Only if your grades dip extremely low to Ds or Fs I think. Otherwise they would probably understand that its senior year (unless its like an ivy)

I actually saw a “deny letter” on notification. I’m not sure they are warming or revoking my admission. I received 4 Cs and 2 As in the first semester. Fortunately, I already committed to UIUC.
I have seen many letters where A students dropped to a couple C grades. They usually send a letter, and you have to explain yourself in a return letter.
