"Rhetorical Strategies" on AP English Lang.?

OK, so I am a pretty good writer, but I'm still a little confused as to what the College Board means when they ask for "rhetorical strategies" a writer uses (and I'm taking the AP Language exam Wed! Yikes!). Can anyone out there who's taken the test just list a few of the strategies they used so I have some idea of what's going on here? Thanks!

diction, imagery, rhetorical questions, repetition, syntax

Rhetorical Strategies: Examples, cause/effect, classification, process, contrast, comparison, definition
The things that Predator listed are rhetorical techniques.

I am so screwed for this test. My teacher taught my class absolutely nothing.

Rhetorical Strategies: deduction/induction, ad hominem, red herring, cause-effect, compare-contrast, extended definition, appeals to ethos, logos, pathos, religion, etc. - a process

The things that Predator listed are rhetorical DEVICES - rhetorical techniques are a synonym for rhetorical strategies.

Also, if you want a good review of lit. devices (rhet. devices), get the NTC Dictionary of Literary Terms. I know its very late for this, but if you're in cram mode . . .

syntax, diction, detail.

cover those big three and you're golden :)

it's basically DIDLS: Diction, Imagery, Details, Language, Syntax

<a href="http://www.kisd.org/khs/english/help%20page/DIDLS%20Breakdown.htm%5B/url%5D">http://www.kisd.org/khs/english/help%20page/DIDLS%20Breakdown.htm</a></p>

so AP asks you for the strategies? thus if i talk about rhetorical questions it is illegitimate? or is it strategies or devices?
