[] Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Probably my strong stats and recommendations; I’m convinced that my status as a QuestBridge Finalist definitely helped too.
[] Where else were you accepted/waitlisted/rejected: Accepted to Emory, Middlebury, Truman State, Tulane, UVa, Vanderbilt, and Wesleyan. Waitlisted at Brown, Dartmouth, Northwestern, and WUSTL. Rejected by Harvard, Princeton, and Yale (:'[).

[/ul]General Comments: Congratulations to everyone who was admitted! You all deserve it; they picked you for a reason. To those who weren’t so lucky, I’m really sorry for the bad news, but I’m confident that you’ll end up where you should be - I got rejected from my dream school but I’m sure that I’m meant to be somewhere else and am already getting excited about my options.

[li] Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: I think my essays were good. I’m well rounded in the sense that I’m involved in the arts (Color Guard, twirling) and sciences (Biomedical club, honors science courses). Also, I showed initiative by starting the Lupus website (I saw that my community didn’t have resources for kids with Lupus, so I made one myself). [/li][/ul]General Comments: I’m super stoked because Rice gave me a good scholarship, so it’s looking pretty good right now. Good luck to everyone else!
