Rice App Fee Waived

<p>I got an email from Rice Admissions in August telling me that I wouldn't have to pay the application fee.</p>

<p>So, my question is how do I go about submitting the application through the Common App? Do I simply submit both the supplement and the Common App but not the application fee?</p>
