Accepted! What happens now?

Denied :frowning: But that’s ok

denied.

I’m gonna post this for the sake of data, but I want to say that I don’t think this site is healthy for anxious teens.

Accepted ED to the School of Social Sciences, intended major of Public Policy.
ACT 35, 3.84 unweighted GPA, 4.419 in my school’s weird weighting.
Founded and President of my school’s Young Democrats Club, and very involved in local and state political campaigns. Peer tutor for Spanish, captain of Congressional Debate team, created a student voter registration campaign, ultimate frisbee club, 4 years of band, 2 years of jazz band, went to Boys’ State and HOBY.

Good luck to all applicants future and present.

That’s great for you but please don’t post your stats for the deferred and rejected to see. It’s like rubbing salt in their wounds.

I got deffered :((((
Do you guys thing it’s an
“real” one, since most Ivy League schools defer everyone automatically?

@Burke1-- Posting stats is standard procedure to help future applicants who are researching who gets accepted and who doesn’t.

In previous years people have posted their stats for reference for others to see. I’m sure no harm is meant.

Also, what now? Does anyone still have an error page when they try to click award status on esther?

Not really. Think about it.

@ballup – I was able to view my son’s financial aid package on Esther. It was exactly as expected based on the net price calculator.

Hey guys, I just got accepted. I’m super happy right now.
One question: in the admission reply form, what does it mean by “What was your second choice college/university?”
