UVA and UNC are about as hard to get into as ivies from OOS. It’s probably easier to get into Emory than the rest of these (excluding UT because of their rank rule [btw your class size is huge]). I’d work on that GPA as much as possible.
I agree with the above poster. Emory is a high match; you can definitely get into their Oxford campus. With strong essays you can probably also get into the main campus too.
UVA and UNC are big reaches.
Rice is less of a crapshoot imo; your essays will be very important here .
On a side note, I’m not sure exactly what Financial aid policy UVA and UNC have, but I’d imagine that they’re stingy with FA for OOS, especially since they’re publc schools. I would look into that and make sure you have a means of paying that OOS tuition.
