Just heard back a few minutes ago, offered a waitlist position. I’m assuming it’s contingent upon my spring grades as they require an official transcript to be sent if I accept the waitlist spot. I’ll probably take it.

Denied Applied late Jan for CS. Didn’t think I was going to get accepted though.
Email was sent at 3:28.
I received an email on 3:28. I submitted application on 3.14 and they got all my materials roughly after ten days.

Hey everyone! I just got accepted at 15:28 too for the engineering school!
Here are my stats:
High School: Just any other public high school
GPA: 4.45 weighted, 3.88 UW
Rank: 5/350
SAT: 2310 superscore (800 M/750 CR/760 W), 2280 one sitting
SAT II: 800 Math 2, 760 Physics, 730 Chemistry
EC: quiz bowl, robotics, golf (3 years varsity starter), Taekwondo (2nd degree black belt), competed/placed at national/regional level for all except golf, volunteering at a science museum (250+ hours, continued into college), student council (2 years treasurer, 2 years class rep), NHS treasurer
AP Scores: 5’s on 7 tests, 4’s on 2 tests, 3 on 1 test
College: State School
GPA: 3.71 for first semester, midterm report was around 3.9
Due to AP credit, I took a lot of advanced classes like Differential Equations (aka Calc 4) and Genetics.
EC: Did research in a lab (coauthor of paper), Engineers without Borders, religious club
Recommendation Letters: one from a dean that I know pretty well, one from a creative writing professor who really likes my humor and writing style
