I've narrowed my choices down to UCLA and Rice. i've heard a lot of good things about rice's engineering and science programs. How do their humanities and social sciences compare? Im considering economics or political science? In both of these areas, UCLA does quite well. However, i like the atmosphere at rice, the intimacy, and have a superior financial aid offer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
