As an international student wanting to transfer to a college in the states for chemical engineering, which would be a better choice for me considering academics, finance, and life?
According to what I've read, Rice has higher prestige, but Delaware's chemical engineering is pretty good and ranked above Rice's... Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Rice is a much more prestigious university in general but Delaware has one of the nation's finest chemical engineering programs. Graduates from UD are heavily recruited by Dupont and other big East coast chemical companies. I'm sure Rice graduates do very well too though. Either school would be great.

i dont think you can go wrong with either one
i guess it comes down to which one is a better fit for you

rice dude. all the way.

i think u shud go for the cheaper option ... as an international student, you are eligible for a scholarship from rice (dont know if this applies to transfers). If you get that and your costs for both schools end up being similar, u shud for for rice.
