Rice-QuestBridge Supplement #16 Blank Box????

<p>Hi,</p>

<p>To fellow QBers who have already completed the Rice-QuestBridge Supplement, what exactly am I suppose to do for #16 which asks "Fill the box to the right with something that appeals to you." ? This is just weird. I don't get it.</p>

<p>Any help would be awesome.</p>

<p>This has been addressed before. Please look at past threads.</p>

<p>If one is too lazy to check past threads (which I am myself), then the box is what it is. It’s not a trick question or anything. I have heard that they use it to distinguish applicants. I am not sure how but that is for your interpretation.
I, myself, put a smiley face into the box.</p>

<p>Many people put owls, other objects of symbolic value and other items. However, you have to make sure that it is scan-able and preferrably not 3-D. IF, however, you put rice (like actually white/brown/other various kinds of rice) then the admissions office will get ticked. It gets everywhere.</p>
