Teacher Recommendation: From one of my favorite teachers, who I had both this year and sophomore year. I didn’t read it but I’m sure it was good.

Strengths: My scores and GPA, and my essays for the most part.
Weaknesses: Extracurriculars for sure. My grades also dropped with my midyear report, which probably didn’t help.
Why you think you were accepted/waitlisted/rejected: I think it probably makes sense. I fit pretty well in the in between. Definitely gonna be working hard to make my update letter to Rice something special. I’m still harboring some misplaced hope of being accepted off the waitlist.</p>
