<p>Here's a question for current students: do you have any idea when construction of the new recreation center is scheduled to begin (and to be finished)? I've read about it in the V2C plan on the website and I know that the predesign phase should be complete by now.<br>
Also, have any other things been done lately to improve the student center or the library?</p>
<p>the Library has just undergone a HUGE rennovation... the 6th floor is all new and awesome.. there aare nice study rooms that5 are large, spaced out well and a a good place to work with friends. A good part of it is now Wireless and the rest is on its way</p>
<p>I cant say for the Student Center as I am a freshman. I just heard a lot avbout the library thats all</p>
<p>The student center has undergone some renovations, but nothing absolutely tremendous. The bookstore and convenience store/sandwich shop/smoothie king is all pretty new, and now areas have had recent paint, wall treatments, flooring etc. It's in pretty decent shape, and it seems to be the plan that it's going to be expanded out into the quad behind it with more eating options at some point.</p>
<p>I don't have a whole lot of idea on the rec center timeline.</p>

<p>not bad... ive seen better and they are gonna be building a new one.. but the Autry is fairly decent and has pretty much everything we need</p>
