<p>What about your high school numbers? Might wanna redo those SATs to bump up over 2000 because you're in the bottom percentiles for each section.</p>
<p>Usually SAT's don't mean as much for a transfer applicant, although I don't know Rice's specific policy. SAT's are mainly some type of indicator of future success at college, so if you've already demonstrated that you can do college college work (which the OP certainly has shown based on their gpa), you're SAT score won't be as significant. If studying for the SAT will interfere with your college work, then it's definitely not worth it.</p>
<p>in addition, i have heard that it matters less for a junior transfer--the OP--than for a sophomore transfer. this goes along with the "predictability" notion so it seems to make sense.</p>
