Rice transfer questions

The Rice Supplement to the Transfer Common Application is listed as "Not yet available" in commonapp.org. When is it usually available and what would it likely contain? Essay questions?

Anyone know the rate of acceptance for Rice transfers?

Thanks!

Acceptance Rate is right around 25%. If my memory serves me correct, Rice accepted 98 out of 376 applicants in 2007.

crs you think it is THAT high? I dont think it’s that high at all…maybe I am the one who is mistaken.

I don’t think it is THAT high, I know it is THAT high.

Anywho, Rice is one of several very prestigious universities that has a relatively high (20%+) transfer acceptance rate. The other prestigious universities with high transfer acceptance rates are Notre Dame, Georgetown, Northwestern, Vanderbilt, Emory, Washington University in St. Louis, USC, NYU, Wake Forest and a few more.

But they only matriculate on average 50 of those transfers? Interesting.
