Rice University 7-year medical program

Sorry if this is a repost, but does anybody have any information on the Rice University 7-year medical program? I've searched online and the Rice website but I can't find anything....
I'm interested in how hard it is to get in, admissions requirements, how challenging the courses in the program are, how much the tuition costs, etc. Thankss :)</p>

<p>Very hard like most BS/MD programs. (From site, 18/1600 = 1.1% acceptance rate)</p>

<p>maybe the reason u couldnt find anything is cuz its an 8 yr program. :)
its one of the most prestigious bs/md programs out there and im so excited i got an interview</p>

oh hey bigreddawgie, what exactly do you need to even qualify for an interview? I know it's extremely difficult to be accepted into, so could you give me an idea of what you basically need academics/extracurriculars-wise? thank you and good luck on your interview!!!

Brown PLME
Northwestern HPME
Case Western (Good medical school)</p>

<p>I think I might even start to get used to Houston's heat and humidity by the time I get the MD...</p>
