Do you guys know how you are suppose to send your midterm grades to Rice? I believe my counselor is suppose to send it but I do not know how (mail, fax, email) or where (such as the email link my counselor is suppose to send it to). I think my counselor can send it by email to riceapps@rice.edu but I’m not sure.

Is your counselor asking this? If no, then they should take care of it.
You should assume that this is not your GC’s first rodeo and s/he knows what to do. The Common App instructions should have instructions, if all else fails. Note the specific advice from Rice:
There’s a place on your Common App where your counselor uploads it. It might not hurt to give your counselor a friendly reminder about it.
We gave our GC a friendly reminder and she uploaded them within minutes. It must be fairly simple to do.
