So its not today for sure?
@ayetee123 Nothing is ever “for sure,” as we’re all just teenagers guessing on the internet. But, yeah, probably not today.

your best shot if tomorrow.
why?
I think schools like releasing on Fridays because their offices close for the weekend, so they don’t have to answer to a bunch of kids calling in asking why they got rejected.
@rippedfishnets that definitely could be the case, but if the admissions office felt that way, why would they release decisions on Mondays/Tuesdays for the past couple of years?
@silverdrop Probably just to make our lives miserable. (Just kidding, but who knows, it’s all crazy)
if i can’t find a job after my college, i will just be an online college admission counselor answering questions from many desparate teenagers.
What day of the week did ED find out? NU released their RDs on the same day of the week they released EDs.
@calgirl2015 Thats actually a solid career plan haha
@2015Lalo The ED decisions were released on December 12th, which was a Friday.
@calgirl2015 You probably said that as a joke but people regularly charge 40 K per student for what you described…so solid career choice right there!
Thank you @silverdrop
…Day 4…
There’s another shot in an hour but I doubt it will be today. Honestly I doubt it will even be tomorrow at this point.
Yeah, I’m guessing it’s Friday. Sorry in advance to the teachers that have to deal with me tomorrow…
@qwerty568, i am glad i just saved my parents $40k and I am going to save them another $120k if I choose in state over rice. what an achievement so far.
Silly question, but D just logged on and there doesn’t seem to be a button to click like on other sites such as check admission status - just the same page w/ checks that show that they have all her stuff. Is she looking in the right place?
yes the option to check admission decision will appear when they are ready
