Rice Voice Prescreening HELP

Okay so I just got an email saying I was rejected from the prescreening at rice for voice for the GRADUATE PROGRAM (I am a high school senior) :

"On behalf of The Shepherd School of Music, I want to thank you for applying to our
graduate program. The Voice faculty has reviewed your preliminary recording and we truly regret that, after careful consideration, we will not be able to invite you for a live audition or offer you admission."

I am really confused, could this just be a mistaken e-mail and I am really rejected for undergrad. Or did they really consider me under the graduate program. Plus did anyone else get the same message from Rice?

What should I do?

I would call admissions - just in case they mistakenly reviewed you for the grad program. If so, maybe they can re-evaluate you for the undergrad program. But you won’t know unless you call.

Do you think that is possible. I feel like it is probably just an email error. I wish they could just reject me the correct way! In a way that makes it less agonizing.

Well, they emailed back. Am rejected.
Oh well.
