Richmond vs Tulane

Hi guys. I recently got into Tulane EA but have been considering Richmond as one of my top choices as well. I am interested in studying business, joining a fraternity and just having an all around great time. I like to go out and am a very social person but I also am considering if the distractions in NOLA will be TOO distracting for me. Experience (internships/networking) is very important to me as well. Any input about either of the schools would be greatly appreciated (the business programs, the people, social life, post college opportunities etc). Thanks!!

I have always thought that Richmond students have a good social life and academic balance with some of the most social and hard working people I know. Fraternities are a big part of social life on campus as well. With respect to business school, Richmond’s undergraduate business was recently ranked #21 in the entire country by Poets&quants. In terms of internship opportunities, there is the Richmond guarantee which ensures that every student gets the opportunity to receive $4,000 for summer internships if they are originally unpaid. There are also a lot of connections with DC where many students work during and after college. Hope this helps!
