<p>Would like to know if there is a "ride board" at Purdue and if there is how hard is it to catch a ride to the chicago or Milwaukee area. Thinking of attending Purdue in fall 2011 with no car. Thanks</p>

<p>What my friends from WI do is take Amtrak to Chicago and have their parents pick them up. I believe there is a Ride Board group on Facebook but who knows if people actually respond to other peoples requests.</p>
<p>There is an amtrak in lafayette right across from teh campus next to the pedestrian bridge. You can probably take the train in to wherever.</p>
