Ride the Tide Schedule

Does anyone have the RTT schedule they posted on the admitted students website? (I seem to have forgotten my password...><)
Also, do they want to receive our registration fee by Wednesday, or just postmarked by then?

Thanks!

I believe they want it there by Wednesday. "The deadline fo make arrangements thrught BTI and mail back the registration card, overnight policy form, and $25.00 registration fee is Wednesday, March 29, 2006.

What!??! I thought it was due around the 12th or something? The RSVP form isn't even up yet on the admitted students website...?

I think the March 29th deadline MIGHT be for early writes or early writes getting their flights paid by Swarthmore, since most RDs haven't even gotten their decisions yet...

I'm mailing mine out first thing tomorrow and emailing swat saying that it was mailed out. If it gets in on thursday...hopefully they'll forgive me!

who are you emailing? the admissions office or jim bock?

i just tried emailing James Bock, but i got an auto response saying that he might not answer promptly because it is the application review session, so I ended up forwarding the email to admissions.

I'm emailing admissions

I'm guessing that the Ride the Tide coordinators are:
h r i c e 1@ s w a r t h m o r e . e d u
and possibly
s n a m 1@ s w a r t h m o r e . e d u

[delete the spaces]

You should try emailing them as well...

Yeah, I think that 29th thing is about them paying for you, which is why they say contact BTI. Either way, I can barely wait!

I got an early write, but no official letter yet about RTT. How do I mail back all that stuff in time??? STUPID MAIL!! Should I e-mail someone and if so, who?

toffee - I think the only people that need to worry about the 29th deadline for RTT are early writes who got free transportation. I got the information in my acceptance letter.

toffee- I too got an early write and no official letter about RTT. Don't worry about it.

stevezilla...heh, that's fun to type, anyways, is it true swat pays for early writes? because i called the BTI people and they said my name wasn't on the list, etc etc

oops, i just read goldentime's. nevermind. so i guess only some early writes get free transportation.
