rigorous enough?

I am a junior currently deciding on classes for my senior year. I am hopeful that I will get in to U Of I, Wisconsin, or Indiana, but they say that they want rigor in courses. I have taken regular English all three years and gotten A's every semester except 1 b; same for science. I have taken all three years of honors math and got B's fresh and C's Soph. Spanish and social studies I have taken two years honors/AP (euro and apush) and gotten b's.I am going to major in business btw

Basically is this rigorous enough and how much should I increase for senior year. My school offers a lot of AP

Use a search engine to find the Common Data Set for each school. Section C5 of the CDS shows the distribution of high school units required and/or recommended.

What do the best students do at your high school in terms of honors and AP classes? It sounds like you have not taken a lot of AP or honors classes and that might make you less competitive at some colleges. What is your class rank? test scores? GPA?
