rigorous senior courseload?

AP English Lit
AP Physics
AP Stats
AP Government
AP Calc BC
AP Spanish
normal lunch and gym

rigorous enough? I have taken/am taking AP World History(5), AP Chem(currently), and APUSH(currently)

Personally, I can't see a college admissions officer saying "Why didn't he take a seventh AP class... he must not be a committed student," so I think it's perfectly fine.

But I also value learning over class selection, so if you learn more taking a seventh AP class, I would do so.

I assume you can handle a heavy courseload, since you're asking if it's rigorous enough and not if it's too rigorous. I'd say take another AP class if at all possible.

If you haven't taken AP Bio, AP Environmental Science, or AP Human Geography, those would be among the easier choices that can pad your GPA and look nice enough on your transcript.

You're not in AP lunch?

Rejected.

damn. my life's a failure. i should just go kill myself for not taking AP Lunch or AP gym.

I'm sorry; I can't help but laugh. You're just fine, trust me. Do not worry about it.

I thought MINE was rigorous: AP Calc, AP French, AP Government, AP Lit, AP Stats, Law & Ethics/Introduction to Economics, Lunch

so this is why my college guidance lady said i suck: AP Macroeconomics, AP Calculus, AP physics, Organic Chemistry, English (blah), advanced research class

lol, AP Lunch makes me giggle. (I'm a more advanced eater than you are, etc.)

AP washroom

they teach you how to not get cooties from holding handles

AP studyhall is my claim to fame.

Hahahaha AP lunch! Nice one!

Mother F! if that course load isn't rigorous enough then I'm screwed. Of course it's rigorous enough, and I know that this may be a daring statment for this site, but I'd even venture to say it's too rigorous. Don't kill yourself, you still have to do college after this lol.

Why did everyone forget AP Cut?

You're going to have a miserable first semester senior year. Good luck.

I hate people like the OP. Obviously, he knows 6 APs is extremely rigorous, but he is so insecure, he needs other people to confirm that. Get a life Adam DeWitt.

You know, the average MIT student takes fewer APs in their entire high school career than you are in a single year.

It always amuses me when I see people who post that they take 4-10 AP classes because my high school won't even allow more than 2 or 3, unless you're at the top of the class. I mean I don't even have seven periods in a day. We have five 66 minute periods; it's much better for quality learning, not so much so for variety of classes however.

I'm fine with Lit and Euro, that's rigorous enough for me.
