So, im currently in a dilemma. I love USC and i got in as a spring student but at the same time RISD is ranked #1 in the nation for art and it is such a good school...
which one?!?!!??!

I don’t think the decision is that difficult. Neither school is a competition for each in terms of finding employment in each school’s relative location. Do you want to work in the east coast vs west coast after graduation?
The one thing I will say that USC has over RISD is the fact that if you ever come to realize that design or art as a major isn’t for you, you won’t have to transfer out of the school just to attend a regular university with more major options like you would at RISD

^That is true and well worth thinking about. The converse is, if you want to be a professional artist–there is no better credential than a RISD diploma. RISD’s network among artists is also incredible.

But if you want to be in films–go to USC.

Were you admitted to the Roski School of Fine Arts program or the School of Cinematic Arts Animation and Digital Arts program?

Is financial aid a factor?

What do you hope to do after graduation?

I was accepted into roski school of fine arts… And I’m not really sure what I want to do after graduation. Thank you all for replying!! :)
