I don't know about class rank, but I don't think Tech considers it.

I got into a lot of trouble my freshman year and it destroyed my GPA. I have straight As now and I can keep it that way. GPA should be at least a 3 by the end of my junior year.

I'm going to be taking programming classes at a technical college after winter break, and I'll be taking AP Physics and AP Calculus my senior year (only APs my school has, it's not a great school). I'm thinking about taking the SAT again because I can probably raise my math score.

Not many ECs. I mentored elementary students in 10th grade, and I'm in computer club and art club. I build computers for friends sometimes but I don't know if that would be an extracirricular. I'm a nerdy type of person who likes computers/reading/not going outside much.

Not worried about essays, I'll be putting a lot of work into them.

Assuming I get my GPA up to a 3+, what are my chances at Georgia Tech or UGA? I'm open to other schools, but I'd prefer public because of the cost.
