But since Umich is Rolling.. i heard i should apply early ASAP...

what shalll i do at this point of time, Umich Pros/Alumni/Students/fans?

1) Apply during Mid-October (this is my earliest i can apply) and send SAT2 scores later on when i get them. do u think they will decide on my acceptance even before i get sat 2 scores..?
2) Wait Until November, take all them tests with somewhat better scores, and apply during Mid-November?

plz be Hopeful... Please... Thanks Guys...

sorry.. if you can’t spell blue, you probably won’t get into michigan
jk…

well anyways, a gpa of 3.9 and an sat of 2040 would put you as a match. Apply as early as possible. your SATII scores aren’t very good, but since SATII scores cannot be detrimental to you, you should send them anyways. Take the SATIIs again, apply oct 31st, send sat IIs in (they prob won’t be reviewing your sats yet), and hope for the best.

Just a note that the umich gpa is calculated with only soph/jun years, and only main subjects (math, english, foreign language, science). A=4, B=3, avg out. Also, add information such as extra curriculars, awards, sports/etc, for a better “chance”

There’s nothing special about your scores. We need to know what courses you have taken, extracurriculars, hooks, etc.

Your GPA is very good, but 100-150 more points on your SAT could make your acceptance a “sure” thing. You have a pretty good chance as it stands though..I think. However, I have heard that this year will be even tougher than last year in terms of acceptance percentage so keep that in mind.
