Rising Junior, chance for BC, Georgetown, BU, etc.

Hi! So I am a rising junior, and I’m trying to finalize my college list. So far I have:
Reaches: Georgetown, Tufts, Northeastern, Wash. U, Johns Hopkins
High Matches: Boston College and Boston University
Matches: Fordham, Trinity, Holy Cross, American
Safeties: DePaul, Duquesne, Loyola Chicago, UPitt

Stats: My freshman year grades were mediocre at best (3 As, 3 B+s) but my sophomore grades were much better (4 As including an honors and an AP, one A-, one B+). I am at an extremely challenging school (one of the top 20 private day schools in the US). My school only offers one honors class freshman year, which I did not take (not a math person). Sophomore year I took one of the three honors classes as well as an AP (which I did incredibly well in, finishing with an A and winning the book award). My weighted GPA (which will improve) is a 3.83.
I don’t know any standardized test scores except the PSAT. I got a 202 (which I expect to improve this year) with a 77 CR.

Extracurriculars (all are both years of high school)
Quiz Bowl (will be captain junior and senior years)
NHS
Volunteering at a local elementary school tutoring once a week
Student Admissions Team
Model UN
Diversity Forum (Founded and lead)
Book Club
Paged at my state’s legislature
Interned at my state’s archives
Acolyte at my church once a month
volunteer with political campaigns

Other
I am from a state/ town that would definitely count as geographically diverse. I am planning to double major in history and political science.

Am I being realistic or are my expectations too high? I know my grades are not stellar, but I have good ECs and expect to have good test scores. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
Thanks

Also, I will probably have a very good rec letter from my advisor who also taught my best course (AP European History, for which I won the book award).

BC is much harder to get into than Northeastern so I would flip those on your list. Its pretty hard to chance someone when they don’t have SAT scores or a close to finished GPA. Based on your current stats though your reaches are all very high reaches. I think BU and Northeastern are definite possibilities though.

Good luck

The stats for BC and Northeastern freshmen ate about the same. Both would be in the same category. BU is easier to get into and would be a category below BC and Northeastern.
