Hi! So I am a rising junior, and I’m trying to finalize my college list. So far I have:
Reaches: Georgetown, Tufts, Northeastern, Wash. U, Johns Hopkins
High Matches: Boston College and Boston University
Matches: Fordham, Trinity, Holy Cross, American
Safeties: DePaul, Duquesne, Loyola Chicago, UPitt
Stats: My freshman year grades were mediocre at best (3 As, 3 B+s) but my sophomore grades were much better (4 As including an honors and an AP, one A-, one B+). I am at an extremely challenging school (one of the top 20 private day schools in the US). My school only offers one honors class freshman year, which I did not take (not a math person). Sophomore year I took one of the three honors classes as well as an AP (which I did incredibly well in, finishing with an A and winning the book award). My weighted GPA (which will improve) is a 3.83.
I don’t know any standardized test scores except the PSAT. I got a 202 (which I expect to improve this year) with a 77 CR.
Extracurriculars (all are both years of high school)

I am from a state/ town that would definitely count as geographically diverse. I am planning to double major in history and political science.
Am I being realistic or are my expectations too high? I know my grades are not stellar, but I have good ECs and expect to have good test scores. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.
Thanks
