Rising Senior. No idea where to go help?

Hi. I really have no clue what colleges would be best for me to go to at the moment with my stats. If you have any clue where I could go that would be much appreciated. As for stats:

GPA: not 100% because we didin't end the year yet but assuming I don't randomly fail.... I will have a 3.83/4.6 weighted which unweighted is a B+ so i think that is a 3.4 /4( for me)or something. I haven't taken that many honors classes( like 4 or 5). No idea what my rank is.

SAT scores: 680 Bio( retake - hoping for a 750) Math 1( getting a 720 on BB practice tests)
SAT Reasoning: got a 1900( 550 CR ***, M 690, WR 660) in March ( scoring a 2080 right now. Assuming a 2100-2150 in June)

APs I have taken: AP psychology and AP Enviro Sci( self study), and like 5 honors classes thoughout my years(school does not allow APs in freshman year. Psychology and Biology are the only two really permitted in sophomore year, unless someone is in Calculus.. which no one is lol

Senior Course load: AP Stat, AP Mirco/ AP Macro, AP Bio, Precalculus, Honors English, Fine art/ applied art 1, gym.

EC: Freshman year I got into a special academy school(kinda like vocational school for culinary. worked in a resturaunt of the school. Schedule was very specific so I had to transfer out of the school in order to ever be able to take some AP classes) My other EC are pretty mediocre. I am a founder/ president of a club at my school. A publicist of another club. a Peer Mentor( help kids with special needs). I have had the same job for the past two years as a party host( going to be 3 years by the time of graduation)will have 75-100 volunteer hours by the end of the summer.

I am a African American female from NJ. No idea what I want to study probably science or math or business.

Pretty lenient for any school. Looking for somewhere in a city or close to. Lots of ways to have fun. Diverse school. Looking for a somewhat larger university. Preferably 9000+. My counselor said Rutgers should be a definite because I am in state.

Suggest for me reaches/matches/safeties please. I prefer to go somewhere of some merit ._. Money is not really an issue.

bump please help guys D:

If you are looking for some a start list of schools try collegeboard’s school matchup and compare your results with the us news and world report rankings if merit is a big factor. I found it to be very helpful and accurate.
