I want to work on Wall St.
Does anyone know anymore east coast business schools that are decent and could act as low matches or safeties?

THANK YOU!!!

bump

@elementasrat I think he is talking about undergraduate business schools. Anyways your stats are a little low for wharton and the rest are low reaches or reaches expect for Umass

@elementasrat‌ are you joking? use your logic man. of course its for undergraduate. smh people are so stupid these days. @ooohcollege‌ thanks for your response. is there anything i can do to increase my chances. if i could go back a year in time. what should i have done differently? thanks ;)

Wharton is just really hard to get into. I say you have as good of a chance as anybody and you already have some investing experience. Getting some more leadership positions or doing something really significant could help. What kind of job do you want on wall street? I myself want to work in private equity one day.

@ooohcollege‌ im not exactly sure what i want to get into yet. possibly a broker, possibly a trader, but probably in either stocks or bonds. i eventually want to own my own hedge fund but thats years in the future. good luck to you!

Same for you good luck.

NYU Stern (Early Decision): Reach
UPenn Wharton: High Reach (it’s impossible to get into Wharton and you have great credentials, but not enough for here IMO anyway).
Carengie Mellon Tepper: Good
UMass Isenberg: Good
Virginia McIntire: Reach
BC Carroll: Good

I’m also looking at some business schools and although my EC’s aren’t as good as yours my in school stuff is relatively similar if not a little worse. I would suggest looking at Ross at Michigan you can most likely get into the general school there and get into Ross as a rising Sophomore. I say this because getting in there pre admit is veryyyyyy hard. Also, UT at Austin has a fantastic business school. Consider Kelley at Indiana as a safety because while Indiana as a general university isn’t the best they have a top 10 undergraduate business program. Good luck to you and maybe we’ll be working together one day lol

thank you for the long response @roise96‌ hopefully we will be working together one day lol
@fodawgg‌ thanks for the response, ill be sure to try it out later!

Rutgers’ business school may be a safety for you and they have very good placement into the I banks

@CHD2013‌ thank you for the response!! I will definately check it out!
