This runs from easiest to hardest:
Ohio State
Kansas
Rutgers
Washington
Holy Cross
Boston
Oberlin
Rice
Penn or Cornell (one of these)
Harvard or Stanford or Dartmouth (2 of these)

UT-Austin
Rice
Stanford
MIT.

I need a couple more, but these are about the only places I really wanna go.

And honestly, I'd rather just apply at UT only. But I figure I oughta give myself some options.

Harvard
Princeton
Yale
Stanford
Penn
Columbia
Dartmouth
Rutgers

Either Harvard or Penn (wharton) early.

SUNY Stony Brook
U Wisconsin - Madison
U Michigan
Carnegie Mellon
Johns Hopkins
Rice University
Davidson College
Colgate University

List is still subject to change.

from reaches to safeties (for a bio major)

Caltech/MIT
Cornell :]
Harvey Mudd
Carnegie Mellon
UCLA/UCB/UCSD
SUNY Stonybrook
Rutgers New Brunswick campus

about 5 of these require common apps so i think i shouldn't go too crazy with filling-the-app-before-deadline issue. best of luck to everyone!

Reaches:
Brown
Pomona

Matches:
Swarthmore (ED with legacy)
Haverford
Wesleyan

Safeties:
Brandeis
Pitzer
Goucher
W&M

Don't laugh or judge.

In order:
Harvard
Amherst
Columbia
Brown
NYU
Princeton
Sarah Lawrence
Tufts
Middlebury
Emerson
BC or BU (safety)

If you're choosing a safety definitely choose BU, BC is NOT a safety. And if you tell Tufts you're applying to all these schools you're probably gonna be waitlisted. Emerson could be a good safety for you. And maybe apply to Brandeis as a match too. Your schools seem all over the place...NYU and Middlebury...umm polar opposites much? Oh yeah I decided against not judging...sorry. You really needed help.

UPenn (Fisher) - ED?
JHU
Stevens or Rutgers
Duke
UMich
CMU

maybe another school like UNC-Chapel Hill or Stanford

My list is... incomplete and often changing. The only constant is my safety. Until I do my visits in August, I can't decide.

GreenDayFan... what's wrong with "polar opposite" schools? Most of the places I'm looking at are near/in big city areas, but I've got a couple that are smaller and in the middle of nowhere... who knows how I'll feel when I get my college acceptances? I'm keeping my options open.

Major: finance or economics and psychology

In order of first choice to last:

NYU ED: Stern School of Business (10 minutes from Wall St. ENOUGH SAID.) :D :D :D :D
McGill University: Desautels Faculty of Management (J'adore Montreal!!!) :D :D :D
University of Michigan (really great school-connections left and right everywhere) :D :D
Wesleyan University (I LOVE this school) :D :D
Colgate University (great school, east coast, on and on)
Boston University: School of Management (Boston....hm...yeah.)
University of Illinois: Business
Indiana University: Kelley School of Business (great school for finance...and guarenteed acceptance for 3.5/1270:) )
BIG GAP
University of Texas-Austin: Business
BIG HUGE GIGANTIC GAP
UC Davis/UC Irvine (UCs are sooo overrated in CA. We put these schools on a pedestal and it's stupid. UCs aren't that great anyway.....)

Harvard university

I am thinking of applying to:
University of Arizona
UC Santa Cruz
Pitzer
Cal Lutheran
Willamette
UPS
UC Berkeley

Don't really have any set list yet, haven't seen all that I want to, I probably have too many in which I basically fit their ranges and everything but I know it's a toss up...so no finalized list, but some I'm interested in...

-Vanderbilt (I'm a huge country fan so to be in Nashville would be incredible)
-Emory (Southern, but with a nice Northern population, and they have great joint majors)
-Washington U in St. Louis (Probably a big reach, but it just seems perfect)
-Tufts (Good options for art/drama outside of a major)
-Wellesley (If I can get over the fact that it's an all girls school, I fell in love with it)
-Northeastern (Pretty much safe... awesome co-up program)
-University of Delaware (Safety, honors program...sort of close to home, yet far enough away, liked it just fine, but didn't love it)
-NYU (HUGE maybe, I took classes there last summer, liked it, but decided I wanted a campus, but now I'm rethinking it as it'd be pretty exciting to be in NYC)
-University of Michigan (Loved the school, loved the town, hate the cold...I ruled it out but now I'm rethinking)
-UNC Chapel Hill (Haven't seen yet...)
-Probably Suny Binghamton or Geneseo if I'm forced to apply somewhere in state where I REALLY would like to leave.

I think I'm going to look at some combination of some of these this week - University of Virginia, William and Mary, University of Richmond...

Applying to Yale early... I'm so nervous!!!

Hopefully i can get accepted.. but otherwise I will apply to
Harvard
Stanford
Northwestern
Columbia
possibly Wash U

in no particular order:

Colgate
W&L
Bucknell
Dickinson
Muhlenberg
Trinity (CT)
Loyola MD or Villanova
Lehigh or Lafayette
Hamilton
U Richmond

-MIT EA
-Olin
-UWashington

I think I need more schools...

Alphabetic order, because I'm crazy obsessive like that.

Brown
Columbia
Cornell
George Washington
Georgetown
Harvard
MIT
Penn
Princeton
Rutgers
Stanford
Tufts
Yale

Purdue
Michigan State
Grand Valley State University
James Madison University
Western Michigan

AAH! It's taken me all about my entire high school career to finalize the "final choices", but whatever. Here they are:

UC Berkeley-reach
Smith-Reach/match
Oberlin-reach/match
UA-safety
Rutgers- ??

And possibly some others. Gack. And you know what really burns my ass is the whole contract thing where if you do early decision, you can only do it in one place. Gack.
