<p>UIUC engineering is already star. It’s one of the top-ranked programs in the country.
Now UIUC business may be called a ‘rising star’</p>
<p>UIUC is widely considered the 4th or 5th best engineering program, behind MIT, Stanford, Berkeley, and maybe Caltech. I don’t think it’s a “rising star” because it’s already a star!</p>
