RIT and Illinois Tech... Which one should I go?

I'm a transfer student from a community college. I was accepted to Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT) and Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT) at Chicago. Both of them accepted in Computer Engineering major. RIT gives me 17k and IIT gives me 28k in financial aid. Financially, IIT will be more feasible. However, I have some concern about the quality of education at IIT. Even though IIT was ranked higher than RIT a little bit in some rankings but based on student reviews, students at RIT seem happier with the quality of facility and professors. Especially, some students with Computer Engineering seem very happy with the challenging program RIT has. Also, Co-op at RIT is quite a big plus. But IIT locates in Chicago which is really nice city.

I feel a little bit frustrated that I can't decide which one I should choose. I would love to hear some advices from anyone who knows about RIT and IIT. I really appreciate any helps.

It may be too late for you to get an answer as the semester is about to start, but as a faculty member at Illinois Tech, I can tell you that the students are generally quite pleased with the education they get here. Engineers particularly get a lot out of the Interprofessional project courses and there are a lot of Co-op opportunities in Chicago. The main gripes are with administrative offices although since the President and Provost along with the students have instituted an annual student survey, the ratings have been improving every year. I think that the student opinions have been taken seriously by many offices. They certainly have by the Provost and President.
