I got accepted into RIT as undecided major, and into Rutgers and Quinnipiac as science major.

I'm not sure about my major yet
I think i'm gonna be in bio or chem major (or engineering, such as bio eng and chem eng) because i'm good at math and science.

Possibly i'm also thinking of art as minor

I don't know which school is the best for me

Tell me which school i should go,
also tell me which school offers more scholarships for international student
(i'm holding F1 visa)

Quinnipiac offers up to full tuition scholarships to international students and RIT has “some” merit based awards for international students. I’m totally unaware about the awards for international students at Rutgers.

Are you a full pay student? If yes, then I’d suggest Rutgers. Its a great school and better out of the three in your list. :)
