I'm a 2nd year student at ucr right now (business major), and was wondering if I ought to transfer out.

I have a 3.0 GPA and I worked a part-time job the past year. I didnt think uci's econ major would do me well so i went here, and I wasnt sure of Cal Poly Pomona's business program.

That decision solely depends on you. We can't decide for you. Of course there is no harm in trying to transfer to a "better" school but please state a reason on transferring so we can better assist you (if possible).

Ah yes, well most of it is mainly the value of its business program in comparison to that of others (UC and Cal State alike).
One of the greater influences is the lack of praise that the school appears to receive, as a number of 'top' california business school lists tend to not include UCR.. Thanks for the reply by the way.

UCR's Business program is ranked 77th out of 141. If you've got above a 3.4 cummulative, you could probably get into one of the top 20 business schools pretty easily.
