theres 8 more weeks of high school left, and honestly, im just tired of this sh it. While i cant wait for summer and college to come, i cant stop thinking about that i might get a D in honors physics. I just dont give a sh it about school anymore, after the whole not getting into any other uc fiasco. Taken into consideration that UCR is a bit more lenient on admissisons, what are the chances of them resending my admissions if i receive a D in honors physics?

Any UC will follow the required 3.0 GPA, even UCR! If you were to get a D, no matter what class, then you would obviously need a good reason. Why give up now? Any bad habits would follow in college, I would think IMO

Uc's definitely do not want to see a D. If you can avoid a D, then avoid it! Don't take any chances unless you want to risk going to community college.

Ucr may be lenient if you have a good reason... like that you tried your very best and it was just too hard. It sounds to me like you are just down at the moment, and you really can pull by with a C.

But hey, I am with you. I am pretty tired of High School too. Just finish strong.

From personal experience, I would suggest that you call the school and speak with them about your situation. The school will probably speak with you about options regarding re-taking the class (if you need to), etc. However, while discussing your options is important, I think the main reason I would suggest calling is that you'll worry about it for a long time unless you know for sure nothing will happen. Peace of mind, to me, is worth that extra phone call.
