Robertson Scholarship for UNC Chapel Hill- I am a UK applicant, chance me?

I have applied for the Robertson Leadership Programme at UNC Chapel Hill and am a UK student, currently in a gap year. However, I attended a sixth-form college rather than one of the elite Robertson Partner School in the UK (ie. Eton, Harrow, St Paul's). When I applied, I applied through the UK application portal (for November 12th deadline) not realising that this was was for partner schools in the UK.

I got 38 points on the IB:
7 in HL Physics
6 in HL German
5 in HL Chemistry
7 in SL Maths Studies
5 in SL English Lit (should have been a 6- coursework was unfairly moderated)
5 in SL History
3 extra points from EE and TOK

Also got a B in A-level Maths

I am awaiting my SAT score and am expecting around 1900-2000. I might take some subject tests in January and have the results directly sent as a follow up to my SAT I score.

Extra curricular activities:
Royal Air Force Air Cadets
Volunteering at an observatory
Aid work in Swaziland

Could anyone chance me based on the information I have given? Would having attended a sixth-form college put me at a disadvantage? I noticed most of the current UK scholars are at Duke and have gone to elite, highly expensive private schools such as Harrow or St Paul's.

Oh and I forgot to say, I am fluent in four languages if this makes a difference:
English (obv)
Georgian
Russian
German
