JUST GOT THE RENAISSANCE SCHOLARSHIP!!!
(int student)
I’ve had the day March 27th ingrained in the back of my mind for a while now. I think that those of us who haven’t heard might get some good news then! Unfortunately, even if I do get admitted, I won’t be able to afford it, so it’s kind of out of the running at this point : /
just got waitlisted… and it was my number one school too. At this point, I think I am not getting into any of my top 3. Although I got into Fordham, Hofstra Honors College, Connecticut College, and all of the CUNY’s. But, they were at the bottom of my list. sigh
got in! thank you! @minohi sorry that you may not be able to join us… sad.
I didn’t submit IDOC before. Just got this email from the office of financial aid. Is it a good indication?
"2015 - 2016 Academic Year
Dear xyz,
According to my records, you have indicated an interest in applying for need-based financial assistance. However, I have not yet received all of your financial aid application materials. Please be aware that without submission of these materials, I will be unable to review your financial aid application.
You’ve been identified as a student who needs to submit additional application materials to the College Board’s IDOC service. The College Board has already emailed you with instructions on activating your online IDOC account. Please log onto their website, if you have not already, and submit your IDOC packet to them, including the 2014 tax return, as soon as possible. Their website is https://idoc.collegeboard.com. If you’ve already submitted a packet to the College Board because another school requested it, I’ll be able to access it online once it’s been processed by IDOC. Allow about a week for your packet to be processed once it has been received by the College Board.
The College Board requires that our school provide a deadline for students to complete IDOC. Our chosen date is March 1. Please don’t be concerned that you won’t be able to complete your submission by the published March 1 deadline. You won’t be penalized for submitting your IDOC materials during the months of March and April.
I do need to see tax returns before completing a review of your application. If you are currently unable to provide a copy of your 2014 federal taxes and W2s to IDOC, please send copies of your 2013 documents directly to the Financial Aid Office. You will still need to submit your 2014 taxes and W2s to IDOC when you are able.
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions regarding this information. Thank you in advance for your prompt attention to this matter."

This was a response to someone asking the question of when the last batch will be sent. Good luck everybody else!!!
Got an email today regarding merit aid. I got a scholarship for full-tuition so Rochester is probably where I’ll be in the fall. I got my acceptance on March 20th at 4:16PM for anyone wondering. I haven’t been sent my full financial aid package though…
