<p>I've been trying to access my financial aid award letter from RIT for the past hour now, and apparently a computer account is necessary. I was never told to register for anything so I cannot log on and the account is different from my application portal account so I'm pretty confused. Does anyone know how I am suppose to make one? (because none of the letters that i received from RIT told me about it and there were no emails about it either)</p>
<p>Simplest would be to call them. Alternatively, post this question on the RIT subforum of CC, since there will probably be folks there who know.</p>
