I was looking at 'Rock Hard Apps' today, and I noticed something about the teacher recommendation letters....they all sound like the teacher is like REALLY interested and involved in their students lives...like this:

The teacher knew that what scores the girl got on like the SATs, SATIIs, AP, etc. I mean I know my teachers personally, but I don't flaunt my scores so that the teacher knows. How will the teacher know what you're interested in if it's an odd major?

To continue on what the last poster said... Yes, teachers will (or definitely should) request a resume from you when they write a letter of recommendation. That way they can get to know things about you they might not have known before, and can relate their experience with you in class to what you've done outside of school.

My resume listed my SAT and AP scores, any "additonal education" I had (college programs, out of school activities, etc.), in-school extracurricular activities, awards received, and community service.
