Rocket review for CR, is this good? High scorers for CR, present me with your advices

I don't know for sure.

I have little time right now, and I am holding on every little thing the book said.

At first, I think the book is quite good because I got all things right in the practice questions in this book for long passage reading, but after time passed, it seems this method does not match with the format of real SAT's paragraph.

I practiced this method for Kaplan, Princeton Review, and I got 610. lol!!

I know this kind of method will work out someday, but my SAT will be on the last day of March, and I am really running out of time.

My SAT verbal score for no preparation in Nov 2006 was 640, and in January 27th, I expected my SAT score for 720. Imagine how I felt when I got 610 in prep test of PR these days...Some achievement, but my score has been canceled by those cheap Koreans, and I have to take another in March 31st. But I felt that I need some fresh change for me to get perfect score in reading section, and chose this book.

Right now, when I apply Rocket review method in reading, I can not finish on time as I always did, and I bungled up everything like getting at least 6 questions wrong. In this case, I used Mc-Graw Hill prep tests, because I used all the practice tests of Blue book. Well, I did not expect my SAT score in January would be discarded. I cannot find anything wrong in my logic. I think I care too much about such petty things in question that I misinterpreted the answers themselves.

Such as "he allows" and "he has allowed" thingy appeared on test answers, and it's too hard for me. I think bluebook is the easiest one to use, but I used them all.

As Rocket review suggested, I practiced a lot of words, including Gruber's 3400, Word Smart, and even Barron's 3500.

But, after applying this method, I am not sure of myself after all. I do not know whether I am right, or wrong. I have enough pressure because of the time limit, and I am ESL who did not even enter any English-speaking country, and did not even attend some "foreign language high schools." This is why I am unsure of my belief on Rocket review.

I do not know my logic could be hampered because I am ESL student.

Well, Rocket review warned me that high scorers(am I high scorers? I don't know) will not follow his advice. No, I totally followed what he said, and I don't know what I have to do right now..

Reading literally punked me after all. Of course, there has been one improvement for me. I have been very skeptical, abd indifferent about the passage, but too much of this grabs my feet from the mire.

I once imagined myself getting roughly about 2250 in January test, and right now, I think I could not get even 2100 with my problems.

Help me and give me some good advice, high scorers!!!
